Nisargain a combination of various ayurvedic herbs is a panacea in treating general debility acts as an immuno modulator an excellent rejuvenator for people of all walks of life.
Dose and course:
1 tsp twice in a day with milk before food for adults and ½ tsp twice a day with milk before food for children for a period of six months.

Description :
It is a non hormonal, efficacious and safe rejuvenator, made from the extracts of the following herbs which prevent ageing and increases vitality.
1. Ashwagandha

A well documented herb in ancient Indian medicine and considered as panacea. The parts used are roots the constituent present like withanolid, withasomniferen acts excellently in dourbalya (weakness). It is used as general tonic and aphrodisiac agent from the medieval period. It is wonderful remedy for the emaciated.
2. Amlaki

Fruits of amlaki are considered as best among the fruits according to the vedic literature, amlaki is most commonly and most importantly used in ayurvedic medicine .It is considered as the best among vayasthapana drugs (which arrests ageing factor).Both the classical literature and scientific studies prove that the amlaki is an immunomodulator, antioxidant, tonic, antidiabetic and hypocholesteraemic, agent. The vitamin C present in the fresh fruit and tannins present in the dried ones are held responsible for the pharmacological properties of amlaki.
3. Gokshura

Parts of this plants used are fruits The tribestrian from the drug haves a stimulatory effect on sexual functions it is used extensively in urinary tract infections, it has shown aphrodisiac, nephroprotective, hepatoprotective and anti cancer activities, it is lithotriptic and diuretic.
4. Draksha

The fruits are excellent appetizer due to the presence of catechin, sitosterol, ergosterol etc, it is indicated in dourbalya (weakness) it is brumhana (nourshing in action and chakshushya(good for vision). It is an excellent remedy for daha (burning sensation) and in trishna .
5. Kharjura

The parts used are the fruits the chemical constituents are vitamin A, B, D it is aphrodisiac and a well known nutrient agent .
6. Sariva

The root of sariva which contains hemidesiminine, hemidesmin, acts as a immmunomodulator, and is immunosuppressant it decreases the phagocytosis, it is an tridoshara( alleviates all the tridoshas of the body like vatha pitha nad kapha), it is an excellent rejuvenator and has tremendous wound healing properties .
7. Pippali

Pippali plays a prominent role in rejuvenation as it is a rasayana, it is a very old drug known for longiness .The pellotorin type of isobutylamide was reported to exhibit significant increase in body weight, suppression of cough etc.
8. Maricha

This is a plant is described as appetizer, carminative and anti-microbial, the constituent present are piperone, piperethine, piperolin, which proves to be an excellent remedy for cough .It is reported to be inhibitory to E.coli and is antifungal, insecticidal, and anti bacterial.
9. Shunti

The curcumene, camphene, citranellol present in the drug acts as a deepana (the one which enhances the digestive fire) .It has shown marked anti inflammatory actions it not only increases the digestion activity but also improves appetite.
10. Ela

It is a well documented aromatic condiment in the Indian medicine and tradition. It contains Borneol, campene sisosterol, this forms to be excellent when taken with honey and corrects the metabolism.
11. Jeeraka

It is extremely used in ayurvedic therapeutic preparations both individually and as well as in combination, it is mainly used as a carminative and digestive, It is a hrudya ( that which protects heart and it functions .It contains Cuminum, apigenin and p.cymene.
12. Karpoora

The essential oil from the plant possess potent antifungal activity mainly it is sedative, antispasmodic, antihelmenthic, Ethanolic extract of fruits showed antibacterial activity against gram positive and gram negative bacteria. 13. Ghritha

14. Guda

15. Madhu

16. Kesara
